Refund and Returns Policy

Printify as a source

Any item that is created by Printify has a process for any return or refund on it.

What can I return?

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your order included the wrong size, color, or they simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit an Issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Note

Refunds are issued to ArtfulForge.com’s Printify account balance. We can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to the original payment method.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us at contact@artfulforge.com.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

What happens when I return an item?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the return requirements. If it does, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

What if I don’t receive my refund?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

What about sale items?

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

What about exchanges?

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Contact the printer and get the return to go through them.

What about shipping costs?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take for my exchange to arrive?

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

What if I’m returning an expensive item?

If you are returning an expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
